if ye personall Estate Amount to soe much but if my psonal
Estate Amount not to soe much to be pd out of my sd Estate
alsoe give & bequeath to my sd daughters Mary and
Hannah all ye household goods I now have wch I got with
my first wife equally to be distributed between them
Item I give & bequeath unto my daughter Sarah ye sum
of thirty pounds lawfull English money to be pd out of
my sd Coppyhold Estate if my personall Estate will not
answer ye sd sum over & above ye sd Sixty pounds given
to my daughters Mary & Hannah when she shall marry
or attain ye age of one & twenty yeares Item I give and
bequeath unto my Son William ye Sum of Forty pounds
to be pd out of my sd Coppyhold Estate when he shall attain
to ye age of one & twenty yeares Item my will is yt they
ye sd John Angus & John Usher Shall sell or otherwise
Dispose to ye best Advantage of any part of my sd Estate
for paying & dischargeing my debts & ye severall sums
before menconed to be pd to my children And soe much
of my sd Estate yt shall remain over & above what shall
be disposed on for uses aforesd I give & bequeath unto
my son Joseph his heirs & Ass for ever allowing to my
beloved wife Isabell ye full third part thereof for and
dureing ye term of her nrall life whome I make and
appoint Sole Executrix of this my last will & Testamt
And doe hereby revoke disannull & make void all other
and former Wills & Testamts whatever by me heretofore
made by word of mouth or writeing In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand & Seal this thirtieth day
