Item all my goods personall Estate of what kind or nature
Soever ye same be I give devise & bequeath ye same to my
sd loveing brother Robert Whitton who I Do hereby nominate
appoint & ordain my full & sole Executor of this my
last will & Testamt And I doe hereby revoke disanull &
make void all former & other wills & Testmts by me
heretofore made In witness whereof I have hereunto
Sett my hand & Seale the Eighteenth day of March in ye
year of our Lord 1706/7. Sealed published & declared this
to be my last will & Testamt in ye psence of us William

Titus In the name of God Amen I Titus Angus of Juniper house in
Angus ye County of Northumberland fuller being Sick but of Sound and
perfect memory (prais be therefore given to Almighty God)
Considering ye frailty of this life & yt all men must dye doe make &
ordain this my psent last Will & Testamt in manner & forme
following (that is to say) first & principally I comend my Soule
into ye hands of Almighty God hopeing through ye meritorius
death & passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full & free
pardon & forgiveness of all my sins & to Inherit everlasting
life & my body I comitt to ye Earth from whence it came to be
decently buried at ye discretion of my Executrix hereafter
named And as touching ye disposition of my temporall Estate
wherewith it has pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me I give
& dispose thereof in manner & forme following, Whereas at
ye head Court held for ye Mannor of Hexham ye first day of
October in ye fifth year of ye reigne of our Soveraign Lady Ann
by the Grace of God of England Scotland France & Ireland
Queen defender of ye faith ec Annoq Dni One Thousand Seaven
hundred & Six I did Surrender into ye hands of Lord of ye Sd
mannor by his Steward then psent All yt messuage or
Tenemt wth ye Appurtences called and known by ye name of
Juniper house & all yt close of Arable or Meadow ground
with appurtences lying on ye north side of Juniper house
aforsd containing by Estimacon four Acres whether it be
