Shillings. I give unto my Grandchilde Joseph Lee
ten shillings. I give unto my Grandchilde Margt Smith
ten shillings. I give unto my Grandchilde Mary Lee
ten shillings. I give unto my Neice Anne Johnson
two pound. I give unto Elizabeth Lee five shillings
I give unto Mary Smith five shillings. I give unto
Peter Lawson five shillings: I give unto Hannah
Dixon five shillings. I make & ordaine my Grandchilde
John Lee to be Executor of this my last Will and
Testamt revoakeing & disanulling all former
Wills by me made. I declare this to be my last Will
& Testamt. In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett
my hand & Seale ye Sixteenth Day of September

weak in body but of perfect mind & memory (praised
be God) do make & ordaine this my last Will & Testamt
in manner & forme following (that is to say) first and
principally I comitt my soul to Almighty God yt gave
it & my body to be decently buried att ye discretion of my
Execx & for my worldly goods wch it hath pleased God
to bestow upon me I give bequeath & dispose of ye same
as followeth; Imps I give & bequeath to my Aunt Elizabeth
Teasdale ye sum of forty shillings, Item I give & bequeath to
my Cozen* Frances Keenliside ye sum of forty shillings Item
I give & bequeath to Giles Raisley if my wife Margaret
Lee have no child or children of my body when he comes to
ye age of twenty one yeares if he so long live ye sum of ten
pounds, Item I give & bequeath to Mary Raisley my
neece if my wife Margaret Lee have no child or
Children of my body when she comes to ye age of twenty
one yeares if she so long live ye sum of twenty pounds
