Executors a year after my decease Item I give to my Grandchild
Dorothy Olliver five shillings & to mary daughter of Mary
Thirlwall widdow Tenn shillings to be paid in like manner
Lastly after my debts Legacies & funerall Expenses paid &
discharged by my Executors hereafter nominated I make &
constitute my sd Sons Edward Walker Joseph Walker & my
loveing wife Dorothy Walker Joynt Executors of this my
last Will & Testament In Testimony whereof I set to my
hand & seal ye day & year above written Sealed Signed &
delivered in ye presence of us Tho: Jones Timo: Johnson

In the name of God Amen this fifth day of December In ye
fourth year of ye raigne of our Soveraigne Lady Ann (by ye
Grace of God) Queen of England Scotland France & Ireland defend
of ye faith Annoqz Domini 1705: I Mathew Lee of Midlehope in ye
parish of Allendaile & County of Northumberland, being of a
Good & perfect memory (thanks be to God for ye same) & calling
to mind ye uncertainty of this life, doe make & ordain this my
last Will & Testament in manner & forme following, Revokeing
& Annulling all other Will & Wills heretofore by me made do
make constitute & Allow this my last will & Testament & none
other First I commit my Soul to Almighty God my maker &
my body to be buryed in decent manner at ye discretion of
my Executrix hereafter menconed. And as for ye setling &
disposeing of what temporal Goods as it hath pleased God
to Endue me with I order & dispose of as followeth Imp I give
& bequeath unto my sister in law Elizabeth Lee Widdow ye
Sume of Five pounds yearly & every year during ye tearm
of Six years to be paid her at midsum yearly dureing ye sd
tearm of six years alwaies provided & upon condicon that
she ye sd Elizabeth Lee shall remain a widdow during ye sd
Tearm, but if peradventure she ye sd Elizabeth Lee shall Marry
before any ye aforesd days of payment, that from that
time forwards till ye sd tearm of six years be Expired ye aforesd
sum of Five pounds yearly due as aforesd shall go forwards
& be kept for ye use of her ye sd Elizabeth Lee four Children
Item I give & bequeath unto ye four children of my sd sister
Elizabeth Lee vizt Nicholas Lee Elizabeth Lee John Lee &
