[unreadable] out of my Freehold house wherein I
now live as soon as she shall attaine to ye Age of one & twenty
yeares; Item I give, Legate & bequeath unto my daughter Jane
Bell the sume of twenty pounds of lawfull English money to
be pd her by my sd Sone Robert Bell out of my sd Freehold
house wherein I now live when she shall attaine ye Age of
One & twenty yeares; Item all ye rest of my Goods & Chattells
moveable and imoveable I give & bequeath unto my
loveing Wife Margt Bell whom I doe hereby nominate &
appoint sole Execix of this my last Will & Testamt

she ye sd Margt Bell my Wife bringing up & educateing
my younger Sone Thomas Bell & my sd daughters
Margt & Jane Bell out of my sd personall Estate untill
they shall severally attaine ye Age of one & twenty
yeares; Item I doe nominate constitute & appoint my
loveing Brother Robt Bell to be Tutr for my eldest
Sone Robt Bell until he shall attaine ye Age of one &
twenty years And I Doe hereby revoke & annull all
former & other Wills & Testamts by me made either by
word or writeing. In Witness whereof I have here-
unto set my hand & seale this 8th Day of Septemb in ye
third yeare of ye reigne of o soveraigne Lady Anne by ye
grace of God of England Scotland France & Ireland
