for and untill my said sonn Henry Lee shall attaine the Age of One
and Twenty years And after he shall attaine the Age of One & Twenty
years I Give and devise the said Mansion house Garth or Crofts
Water Corne Mill and Close with the appurtenances in the said
surrender mentioned unto my said sonn Henry Lee his heires and
Assignes for ever Item I Give and devise unto my said Son Henry Lee
his Heires and Assignes all my Freehold Estate of and in the said Water
Corne Mill and Close upon and under the Conditions aforesaid
Provided always that my said sonn Henry Lee shall pay unto my
second Sonn William Lee the Sume of Twenty pounds of lawfull English
money within Two years next after my said son Henry Lee shall
attaine ye. Age of One and Twenty years Item I Give legate and
bequeath unto my Daughter Anne Lee the Sume of Sixty pounds
of lawfull English money for her filiall portion to be payd her by
my Executrix hereafter named out of ye. Rents Issues & profitts
of the premisses and my personall Estate within two months
next after she shall attaine the Age of Three and Twenty Years
Item And my Will further is that my said wife shall out of ye Rents
Issues and profitts of ye. premisses and my personall Estate
satisfye and pay all such Just Debts as I am oweing to any person
or persons whatsoever Item all ye. rest of my Goods and Chattells
moveable & immoveable I give and bequeath unto my sd. loveing wife
Alice Lee who I doe hereby nominate and appoint Sole Executrix
of this my last Will and Testament And I doe hereby nominate
and appoint John Carr of Hexham Gentln. William Lee of the
same Joyner and William Hemsley of Acombe Yeom Supervisors
of this my sd. Will to see ye. same performed according to this my
Intent. Provided always that if my said wife shall happen to
dye before my said sonns shall attaine ye. Age of One and Twenty
years aforesaid That then ye. said John Carr William Lee and
William Hemsley shall have ye. management of my sd. Estate
In Witnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale
this Eleaventh day of August in the Third Year of ye. Reigne
of our soveraigne Ladye Anne by ye. Grace of God of England
Scotland France and Ireland Queen Defender of ye Faith ec
