Twenty Yeares then my Will is that my said Loving wife
Alice Lee shall hold and enjoy the Moyety or halfe part of ye
Messuage or Stonehouse wherein I now dwell for & during the
terme of her naturall life She chooseing which halfe She Will
And whereas I have this day before the makeing of this my last
Will and Testament Surrendered into the hands of the Lord of ye
Manour there anciently used All that Thatched House with A
Barne Byar* Garth and other appurteces to ye Same belonging
now in the possession of William Hemsley and Tenn Acrees of ground
lying in Acombe in A place called Jacksfeild in ye said surrender menconed
and alsoe Fifteen Acrees of meadow ground lyeing in the West feilds
of Acombe in the said surrender menconed to ye use and behoofe of
my second son William Lee his heires & Assignes to such uses intents
and purposes as I by my last Will and Testament shall nominate &
appointe as in and by the said Surrender relation being thereunto
had may more at large appear Now my Will is and I doe hereby
Order and appointe that my said Sonn William Lee and his heires
and Assignes shall stand and be seized of all and Singular the
premisses unto my loveing wife Alice Lee for and untill my sd
sonn William Lee shall attaine the Age of one and Twenty Years
and after he shall attaine the Age of One and Twenty Years. I
give and devise all and singular the premisses in ye said surrender
mentioned unto my said Sonn William Lee his heires and Assignes
for ever Item and whereas I have also this day before ye makeing
of this my said Will surrendered into the hands of the Lord of the
Mannour of Hexham out of Court according to ye. Custome of the sd.
Mannor. there anciently used one Mansion house with the apprteces
Scituate in the towne of Acombe with two Garths or Crofts to
the same belonging late the Lands and possessions of John Lumley
And alsoe All that Water Corne Mill Scituate* and being nigh ye.
Towne of Acombe and called ye. Mill and one Close of ground called
the Kirke Close with the appurtenances in the said last in parte
recited Surrender mentioned to ye. Use and behoofe of my Third
son Henry Lee his heires and Assignes to such uses intents and
purposes as I by my last Will and Testament shall nominate and
appoint as in and by the said last in parte recited Surrender
relacon being thereunto had may more at large appeare Now
my Will is and I doe hereby order and appointe That my said Sonn
Henry Lee and his heires and Assignes shall stand and be Seized of
all and singular the premisses in ye. said last in part recited
