Archbald: full and sole Executor of this my last Will & Testament
And I doe hereby revoke disanull and make voyd all former
Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made. In Witnesse
whereof I the said John Archbald to this my last Will and
Testament have sett my hand & seale this Tenth day of
February in the year of our Lord God 1703 Signed & Sealed

In the Name of God Amen the 25th day of September
1702 I Robert Stokoe of Hexham in the County of Northumbld
skinner and Glover being sick in body but of good & perfect
memory praised be God doe make and ordaine this my last
Will and Testament in manner and forme following First
I Give my soule to Almighty God my Creatour being truly
penitent from my heart for all my sinns and Errors by past
to have full and free remission thereof by the meritts of
Christ Jesus my saviour And my Body to be buried in such
decent and Christian manner as shall be thought fitt
by my Executor hereafter menconed Item for such
Worldly Goods and possessions as it hath pleased God to
bestow upon me I dispose of as followeth First I Give &
bequeath unto my sonn Lancelott All that my Mansion house
in priest pople warde wherein I now dwell Item I Give
and bequeath unto my Daughter Anne Stokoe Twenty
pounds to be payd out of the said house as also All my
household Goods save only the Cupboard and Buttery
thereunto adjoyning which said Twenty pounds must be
payd by my said son Lancelott Stokoe at two payments (vizt)
Tenn pounds when he comes to the Age of 21 Yeares
and Tenn pounds the Year then next ensueing; of all
other my substance after my Debts payd, Legacyes and
funerall Expences discharged I make my said Sonn Lancelott
Stokoe sole Executor of this my last Will & Testament
In Witnesse whereof I sett my hand & seale the day &
year above written. Signed Sealed and delivered in the
