of in and to my said House to such person or persons as shall Buy
ye same) Item whereas Henry Fenwicke of Hexham ??? aforesd
Yeom is oweing unto me ye sume of Fifteen pounds of Lawfull
English money, I give and bequeath the said sume of Fifteen
pounds when ye same shall become due, unto my sd loveing wife
Elizabeth; upon Condicon and to ye intent that my said wife
shall pay & discharge all such Debts as I am oweing to any person
or persons wch are not due upon bonds or other specialtyes
Item All ye rest of my Goods & Chattells moveable & immoveable
I give and bequeath unto my said loveing wife Elizabeth whome
I Doe hereby nominate constitute & appointe Sole Executrix
of this my last Will & Testament In Witnesse whereof I
have hereunto sett my hand & seale ye Day & Year first above
