In the name of God Amen The Sixteenth day of February
in ye Year of o Lord God 1695 : I Robt Peirson of Bishopfeild in ye parish
of Allandaile being sick in body but of good & pfect memory Doth Bequeath
my Soul to Almighty God my Creator & Redeemer & my body to be burry’d
in ye parish Church Yard where now I dwell Do make this my last Will
& testamt as followeth : Imps I give Unto my Eldest Son Robt
Pearson One Bedstead, One table all ye furms*, One Iron pott the
Iron Barrs & ye rest of ye Irone Gear belonging thereunto, & all
my Oxen Gear with a Sledge ploughs & harrows : Item I give
Unto my Sons Robt & Christopher Pearson equally betwixt them
all ye rest of my Gear belonging to Husbandry & two Arks*
Item I give Unto my Son Christopher One Bedstead in ye loft
& Wood to be a bed & two furr deales* : Item I give Unto my Wife
Jane two pounds & One of my best Cows : Item I give Unto my
Daughter Elizabeth Lows five Shillings : Item I give Unto my
daughter Jane Wilson five Shillings ye Bedstead where now I lye
Item I give Unto my Daughter Mrs Margt Tallentire five pounds
& a pannell Chest : Item I give Unto my daughter Frances
Tingate One Brass Kettle : Item I give Unto my Son Wm Peirson
One Young Heifer : Item I give Unto my Grand Child Ann Lows
a Year Old heifer : Item all ye rest of my Goods Moveable &
unmoveable I give Unto my Son Robt Pearson & my Daughter
Frances Tingate whereby I make them sole Exs of this my
last Will & testamt In Witnesse Whereof I have hereunto
sett my hand & Seale ye day & Year above written Signed Sealed

I Richard Walton of Peacock house being sick in body but pfect in remembrance
(praised be God) Do make & ordeine this my last Will & testamt Revoking
all Wills & testamts in manner & form following :
Imps I give to Hannah Dickenson ye Sume of five pounds.
Item I give to Margt Dickenson ye Sume of five pounds.
Item I give to Sarah Dickenson ye Sume of five pounds.
Item I give to John Dickenson ye Sume of five pounds.
Item I give to Ann Walton ye Sume of five Shillings.
Item I give to Ann Forrest ye Sume of five Shillings.
Item I do Order ye Sume of three pounds to be left towds the
ye finding of a Minister at Whitley Chappell, faileing a Minister
at Whitley Chappell, ye Use of ye abovesaid Sume of three pounds
to be payd Yearly to ye most needfull psons in ye High Quarter
in Hexhamshire at ye discretion of my Ex : Item all ye rest
of my Goods & Chattells moveable & Unmoveable I leave to my Son
Thomas Dickenson & his Wife Jane as sole Executrix of this my Will
Witnesse Thomas Farbridge, Thomas Dickenson.
