the sd Gawen Aynsley John Tweddell and Bacon
William Wastell ought not to have or maintain their
sd Action there of against him Because he says
that true it is that such Artes were made and
such Bridge and Road were made and Certified
for and such Breach of the sd Covenant of the sd Hy
was committed and that such Discourse was had
and moved and such Question arose and was Debated
and that he the sd Hy did undertake and promise in
manner and form as the sd Gawen Aynsley John
Tweddell and Bacon Wm Wastell have above thereof
complained against them Him the sd Henry But the sd
Henry further says that the sd Gawen Aynsley
John Tweddell and Bacon William Wastell and
other the Inhabitants of the sd County of Northland
or any of them have not sustained any Damages
by reason of the sd Breach of the sd Covenant of the sd
Henry as the sd Gawen Aynsley John Twedddell
and Bacon William Wastell have in their sd Deed
above alledged and of this the sd Hy puts himself
upon the County and the sd Gawen Aynsley John
Tweddell and Bacon William Wastell do so likewise
Therefore let a Jury there upon come before our
Lord the King at Westminster on
next after who are in no ways akin either
to the sd Gawen Aynsley John Tweddell and Bacon
William Wastell or to the sd Henry to Recognize
