In matters which are Easily proved I
wish to save Expense Consequently now
think it unnecessary to carry proof
of payment of the £6700 & £400 unless
you will say you will admit it
We are advised to prove the payment & I
shd think you [?] can have no objection
to admit it pray let me know
You desired I think me to carry the
Magistrates Certificate in your[???]
pray say you Give me notice so to
