I take the opportunity
of Mr Swinburns going down to send
you three copies of Mr Smeaton’s
Memorial, to be distributed among
the Magistrates, one I think shd be
sent to Mr Ainsley, & one I have pro-
mised to send to Mr J Tweddell
the other you will send either to Mr
Bigge Mr Fenwick or any other you
judge proper, indeed these copies may
be sent from one to another or more
copies made out if you think they
will have any good effect. that intended
