Document 16, Letter from Mr Errington to Mr Heron, 14 February 1783

Sir
Mr Wallace is of opinion that
it will be neceesary you should come
up in order to prove what pass’d at the
Sessions, the Committee is fix’d for the 26th
inst when I hope you will be able to attend,
Donkin likewise must Come up so I hope
you will Contrive to come together. I am
sensible that this will be attended with
much trouble to you, but will make no
apologies the scrape I am in must plead
my excuse, & the good offices you have done
me & may still do to help me out of it
will ever be gratefully remember’d by your
Humble Servt
