I went down to the House of Coms this
morning and saw White, who informed me, that Mr
Errington’s Petn as framed by Mr Wallace, would be
presented, by Sr Wm Middleton, tomorrow. Mr E
wanted too much: Wallace, I think, has couched it
in Terms, that will be palatable to the Justices, and
the Folks at Hexham. Mr Wallace only returned
the Drat last night, so there was no Time
for sending down a Copy, previous to its being
presented, to Morrow being the last day for procgs
