Rothbury, Febry 3. 1772 Sir, I recd Two Letters from you one dated Decbr 20 & the other Janry 15. 72 Directed to Robt. Storer which I supposed was meant for my Father who has been Dead for some Years, upon that I open'd them and finding it was to thake in subscriptions for the Relief of the unhapp :py sufferers. I immediately made it knowen to the Neighbourhood that the Name being wrong in the News Papers had been by mistake. I have not as yet recd. any Subscriptions or should have returned them to you as desierd in yours of the 15th of Janry. I am Sr Your Most Obt Servt. Thos Storer
