We whose Names are here unto Subscribed, do believe the
following to be the Loss sustained by Thos Cooper (Weaver) at
the Skinnersburn, in the Parish of St. John, in the County of
Northumberland, by the late Inundation; and We do also believe
the said  Thos Cooper to be a very Honest industrious Man.
