We whose Names are hereunto subscribed do certify that Edward Hills of Merryshields in the Parish of Bywell lost Two She-Asses at Eltringham in the Parish of Ovingham, by the Flood in the Night betwixt the 16th. & 17th. of Novr. last and from the best Information we have been able to receive, the same appear to have been of the Value of Forty Shillings. As Witness our hands this 21st.
