I Thomas Rotheram Vicar of Haltwhistle Parish
above mentioned do hereby Certify that I have perused
the within Written Estimate and the two Certificates
above Written and beleive the same to be True but
do not of my own Knowledge know the facts or the
Persons as well as my Curate being from the Parish
when the flood happened and not having resided
much within the parish since I became the
Minister thereof As Witness my Hand this 31st
day of December 1771
