This that if my wife have either child or children of my body
ye sd ten pounds to Giles Raisley & ye sd twenty pounds to Mary
Raisley shall be void & of none effect without paying any
sum whatsoever, Item I give & bequeath to Margt Lee my welbeloved
wife all ye rest of my personall Estate bills bonds good chattles
moveables & immoveables of what kind soever And I also
make constitute & ordain my welbeloved wife sole Execut
of this my last Will & Testamt In Witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand & Seale Anno Dni 1706: Signed

Stokoe} Hexham in ye County Northumberland Skinner & Glover
being sicke & weake in body but of sound & perfect memory
(praised be God for it) doe make & ordaine this my last will
& Testamt in manner & forme following (that is to say)
Imps I comend my soule into ye hands of Almighty God my
Creator hopeing assuredly through ye meritts death & passion
of Jesus Christ my Savior & redeemer to obtaine full & fre pardon
of all my sins & to inherit eternall life & my body I give to
ye earth from whence it came to be buried in such decent &
Christian manner as by my Executrix hereafter named
shall be thought fit & convenient & as for such worldly
Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me
Legate
I give & dispose thereof as followeth, Item I give & bequeath
unto my daughters Jane Stokoe ye sum of fourteen pounds
of lawfull English money to be pd by my Executrix hereaft
named within twelve Monethes next after my decease to
my frind Edward Robson of Hexham aforesd Cordwiner*
to be by him put out at intrest for my sd daughter till she
shall
attaine ye age of one & twenty yeares & then ye sd sum
& interest for ye same to be pd to my sd daughter by ye sd
Edward Robson; Item all ye rest of my Goods & chattells
moveable & imoveable I give & bequeath unto my
Loveing wife Ann Stokoe who I doe hereby nominate
& appoint sole Executrix of this my last Will & Testamt
