Recited Surrendr menconed to such uses intents & purposes
as I ye sd Timothy Johnson by my last Will & Testamt should
order nominate & appoint as in & by ye sd Instrumt or Deed
in writeing relacon being thereunto had may more fully and att
large appear. Now my will & pleasure is & I doe hereby
order appoint the sd John Carr his heires or Assignes shall
& doe when & assoon as conveniently he can to ye best
advantage dispose of the sd Tenemt of Ordly by way of Sale or
otherwise as he shall think convenient and from & after such
Disposall the moneys thereof or thereout ariseing from &
after ye sd sume of Fifty pounds & interest shall be fully satisfied
& pd My will & pleasure is & doe hereby give & Devise the
same to be equally divided share & share like amongst my
Three younger children Timothy, Dorothy & Mary Johnson
when & soe soon as they severally attaine to ye Age of one
& twenty yeares or be married wch of them shall first
happen next after my death And if it shall happen
that any one of my sd three children Timothy Dorothy &
Mary Johnson shall happen to dye before he or she
attaine to ye Age of One & twenty yeares or be married as
aforesd then my Will & pleasure is & I doe hereby give &
Devise the part & share of such deced child unto such
child or childer* as my Wife shall be enseint* with att ye
time of my death. And if that shall happen that more then
One of my sd youngr childer shall happen to dye before he
or she attaine to ye Age of One & twenty yeares or be married
then my Will & pleasure is that ye part & share of such
decd children shall be equally divided amongest ye surviveing
youngr children but if it shall please God that they shall
all happen to dye before they severally attaine to ye
Age of One & twenty yeares or be married as aforesd
then I doe give & Devise ye same unto my oldest Sone
