In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Lee of Acombe in the
County of Northumberland yeom being sick and weak in Body but of sound
and perfect memory praised be God for it doe make and ordaine this my last
Will and Testament in manner and forme following revokeing and hereby
annulling all former and other Wills and Testaments by me made either
by word or writeing Impss And first I commend my Soule into the
hands of Almighty God my Creatr hopeing assuredly through ye merits
Death and passion of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer to obtaine
full pardon of all my Sins and to inherit Eternall life and my Body to
ye Earth to be buried in Such decent and Christian manner as by my
Executrix hereafter named shall be thought fitt and convenient And
as for such worldy Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow upon
me I Give & dispose thereof as followeth: Item My Will is and I doe
hereby give and devise unto my loveing wife Alice Lee the rents &
profitts of All my Messuages Lands and Tenements in Acombe which
should after my Decease descend and fall due to my Eldest Sonn John
Lee for and untill he attaine the Age of one and Twenty Years, and
after my said Sonn John Lee shall attaine the said Age of one and
Twenty
