A True and perfect Inventory of All and Singular ye Goods and
debts & Creditts
Chattells moveable and immoveable reall and personall of Joseph
Walton late of Appletree Sheild in ye parish of Allendale and

In the Name of God Amen I Samuel Kell of Wall in
the County of Northumberland Yeoman being sick & weak in
body but of Sound & perfect mind and memory praised be
& Testament
Almighty God for ye same doe make and declare my last Will
in manner and forme following (that is to say) I give and
bequeath my Soul to Almighty God my Creatour hopeing
through ye meritts of Jesus Christ my Redeemer to have
full and free pardon of all my sins and my body I committ
to ye Earth from whence I came to be buried at ye discrecon
of my Executor herein after mentioned And as to my
personall Estate where with it hath pleased Almighty God
of his infinite goodness to bestow upon me I dispose thereof
in manner and following (that is to say) I give and bequeath
unto my Brother Benjamin Kell the sume of Twenty Shillings as
a legacy to be payd to him by my Executor within ye space of one Year
after my death Item my mind and Will is that my Executor doe
Yearly during ye Terme of Four Years pay unto John Smith of
Northumbland
Hexham in ye County of Durham Yeom and James Poole of ye same
Yeom the sume of Five shillings of good and lawfull money of England
for ye use of ye Licensed Meeting house at Hexham aforesaid to
be disposed of at their discretion Item my mind and Will is and I doe
hereby appoint and desire that Wm Lee of Acombe in ye County
