shall demise sell or Mortgage the said Acree of ground in Broadgates
for what sume or sumes of money my personall Estate so falls short
of my Debts as aforesaid notwthstanding any thing herein before menconed
And
to ye contrary provided also yt all ye said premisses so devised to ye
said Bernard and his heires as aforesaid shall be charged & chargeable
with ye sums of Twenty pounds apeice to each of my Daughters Barbara
& Mary Gibson out of ye same to be payd as they shall severally and
respectively attaine to ye Age of Twenty one Years or marry which
shall first happen and if either of my said Daughters happen to die
to
before she attaine ye Age of one & Twenty Years or be marryed then
my will is that ye said Twenty pounds due to ye said party so dyeing
shall goe to ye surviveing Daughter in Augmentacon of her porcon Item
as to ye house in preist pople* wherein William Ellis* and ye other half
of ye Orchard as farr as ye sd house goes my will is ye sd Edward Browell shall
stand seised thereof to and for ye use of my third son Richard Gibson
and ye heires of his Body lawfully begotten or to be begotten and for
Default of such Issue to ye use of my second sonne Bernard Gibson
his heires & Ass for ever And my will is that my said wife Barbara
Gibson shall have ye Educacon ordering & Disposal of my said Children
till they severally & respectively attaine to ye Age of one & Twenty
Years or be married with ye use of yr* severall & respective porcons
for yr best Advantage And I Do charge my said wife to educate them
honestly out of ye profitts of ye said Estate during ye time she
enjoys ye same by vertue of this my last Will and Testamt and
lastly I Do hereby revoke and annull and make voyd all former
Wills heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will and
Testament and do make my said wife Barbara Gibson sole Executrix
thereof As Witness my hand & seal this Eighth day of January
