At a meeting of the Committee this day

Ordered that the Sum of 1173: 0: 8 be immediately paid according to the respective Proportion
herein before set forth and for that Purpose that the Sum to be paid in every parish be sent to the
Minister together with an Account of the Sufferers’ Losses and Proportions in each Parish and
he be requested to Distribute it accordingly and take a receipt for each Payment and transmit
such receipts to Mr. Carr Clerk to the Committee.
And it is Ordered that the Sum of Fifteen Pounds be paid to Mr. Wm. Carr in part

for his trouble and that the Sum of 402:12: 6 remain to be disposed of at the next meeting to
be held on the 24th. Day of March instant at the house of Wm. Knight in the North Bailey
in Durham at Eleven a Clock in the forenoon.
