Newcastle on Errington v Aynsley & ors. The Chancellor has ordd
Tyne attachmt issued agt the Plt, on the writ of [Exctn?]
to lye in the office until the first day of Trinity Term
and in the mean time, the Plt may if he thinks
proper profer a Petition for a rehearing. Mr Sol Gen
is clearly of opinion, that it will not be advisable
to have the Cause reheard and that the Plt sho’d
provide the money to be pd on or before the first
day of Trinity Term. I have informed Mr Errington
of this. I am Dr Sir
