Errington v Aynsley & ors. This Cause came on this
morning on the Equity reserved, when the Chanc’r decreed the
4000 be pd to the Defend’t on or before the first [???]
[?] before Easter Term, but witht costs either at Law or
in Equity. On its being mentd to the Chr that the Time
was too short for Mr E. to raise the money, he said that
he could not suppose that the Defendts woud be pressing
If they should an Appln might be made to the Court to
enlarge the Time. I am Dr Sir
