Jn Davidson Sworn at NC 5 April 1788, before
Wm Apedaile a [Mastr?] [??] in Chy
[??]ron I am desired Gentlemen by Mr Errington to apply
here for him & to request to be infd if you are disposed
to receive any proposals from him towards an Accomdn
as he has Authorized me to make proposals in case
you are disposed to Accept them of any.
Justices We do not think as Trustees for the public we
can be justified in Acceding to any proposals to
be made on behalf of Mr Errington
This is the paper refered to by John Davidson in his Annexed
Affidt. sworn this 5th day of April 1788 before me
Wm Apedaile
Dr Sr
Scott & Allgood & ors. Plt has [???] a [???] for [???]
unless cause shown, this day sennight. We shall oppose
it, with all our strength.
Errington & Aynsley. I send you a copy of Mr Davidsons
Affidavit. I scarce think, the Cause will get into ye paper
this term.
The motion relative to Robson will not come on till
next Fryday. I am, Dr Sr Yrs J Letteney
