Mr Letteney to RH Dr Sr
Errington v Aynsley & ors I am much surpriz’d at
Ra Heron Esqr the contents of yours, as I understood that the Plfs at
Newcastle upon Law would not put in force their Judgmt but wait
Tyne for the Decree of the Co of Chancery. I have sent your
Letter to Mr Errington who is at Red Rice near
Andover in Hampshire. Mr Smeaton went out of
Town, without being examined I wrote to him to
know wher he intended to come to Town before [??]
Term, and informed him that if he did not a [Commn?]
wod be issued to examine him in the County, to wch
I [recd?] a Letter in Answer, which youl find in a Parle
that brings you Mr Simpson’s Patent wch I recd from
the Great Seal this Morning, & will be forwarded
by the Coach this Eveng. Mrs Letteney & Isabella
join me in kind respects to you & the family. I am
