| Newcastle upon | Law would not put in force their Judgmt but wait | |||
| Tyne | for the Decree of the Co of Chancery. I have sent your | |||
| Letter to Mr Errington who is at Red Rice near | ||||
| Andover in Hampshire. Mr Smeaton went out of | ||||
| Town, without being examined I wrote to him to | ||||
| know wher he intended to come to Town before [??] | ||||
| Term, and informed him that if he did not a [Commn?] | ||||
| wod be issued to examine him in the County, to wch | ||||
| I [recd?] a Letter in Answer, which youl find in a Parle | ||||
| that brings you Mr Simpson’s Patent wch I recd from | ||||
| the Great Seal this Morning, & will be forwarded | ||||
| by the Coach this Eveng. Mrs Letteney & Isabella | ||||
| join me in kind respects to you & the family. I am | ||||
