Tyne I enclos’d you now a copy of the [Repl?], to wch
we shall rejoin & insist on the impossibility of rebuildg
26 Novr 1784 to wch the Dfts will demurr & on the [Agreem?]: of that
Mr Letteneys Ltr with Copy of [Doct?] next Term, we shall expect to get an Opinion
Repln* from the Court, that may enable us to judge of what
ought to be done by all the Parties.
I shall move for the Injunction to morrow
which will only restrain the [Petr] from [issuing?] [??]
but not from proceeding to Judgment. I will send you
a Copy of the bill at first oppy, or in a [Cover?] or two,
