The Situation & Circumstances of
the River are I apprehend nearly
similar at the place where a former
Bridge that had been forced down by
a Flood had stood and those of the
Place where the Bridge in Question
If I were to be asked, I would
not attempt to build a Bridge there
at my own Risk nor advise any
other Person to build it, much less
that any Undertaking should be
made for its standing the Term
of 7 years
Did Mr Errington derive any
Advantage from the Contract pursuant to
the Estimate delivered in by you or were
you at all limited in the Expence?
