          I rec'd your favour on the 18th Instant and have sent
     you below an account of what I have rec'd, should Imagine
     as the plans of Yorkshire and Durham are altered that it
     might be prudent to Lengthen the Time for Subscribing
     but of that the Gentlemen of the Committee must be the
     best Judges I am Sir
